An official PIX payment typically requires compatible Brazilian banking and CPF identification. A Wise or Revolut transfer is not necessarily equivalent to paying Shortstay's PIX QR code or invoice link. Card payment may be available instead.
Upon request and subject to document availability, Shortstay can provide records connected to a confirmed stay, such as the rental contract, receipts or accommodation statement.
