Yes. Management is exclusive so that communication, maintenance and bookings stay in sync. While the property is active on Shortstay, it cannot be listed on other rental platforms, online or traditional. This keeps every stage of the management under control and transparent.
The recommended minimum is 6 months of contract and exclusivity. That time covers the professional preparation of the property, with photos, a 360° tour, an initial inspection, account setup and integration with the Shortstay system, to reach steady occupancy and a predictable return.
