Apartments, studios and other residential properties for rent or for sale. The property doesn't need to be furnished when you refer it: if it isn't ready yet, the Shortstay Design team can take care of the furniture and decoration.
The R$ 500 is paid straight to your account after the referred property is listed on Shortstay. The sale amount is paid after the sale is completed, under the program terms.
Yes. You can refer as many properties as you like and you earn for each one that is listed or sold. Taking part is free.
